3/23/2023 0 Comments Air jordan 1 fragment![]() The blue, white, and black upper gives a certain futuristic air to the Jordan 34. Images of the latest Jordan silhouette surfaced, and the kicks featured the Fragment Air Jordan 1 colorway. ![]() So we certainly hope for an actual release date because it will definitely be a smash. But a Fragment-slash-Sacai-slash-Nike? We must be in a dream! Although Fujiwara and Chitose Abe previously collaborated on the Chucks, this another level of hype. We’ve seen many three-ways collaborations. ![]() Underneath the heel tab, we can clearly see the Fragment Design logo! According to leak accounts, the kicks are scheduled to drop in the Fall of 2020. The heel tab is actually transparent and also features a transparent Jumpman. ![]() But hear me out now, we’ve got another interesting detail. The midsole and outsole are both also all white! The fragment embossing is always there so, there’s that. An all-white leather upper sits on top of a plain black mudguard. However, later on, the real design surfaced, and in contrast to the sample, the kicks feature a pretty simple design. But according to Fujiwara himself, this design is not going to release. The heel tab has the “Nike Air” tag in blue, and the finishing touch is the fragment embossing on the heel. The midsole comes in a mix of white and blue. However, when a designer like Hiroshi Fujiwara leaves his mark on it, the kicks’ value skyrockets! The original sample that we saw featured a white leather upper with black mudguards. The Air Jordan 3 is one of the classic silhouettes that we love. Although there was a public release, there weren’t many kicks. That way, there is no need for major design changes, which is a pretty smart move on their part. But, the embossing on the Friends & Family edition is inked in black with the general release isn’t!īut why is it the only difference? Some speculate that this difference is simply a way for Jordan brand to differentiate their inventory. A difference worth a couple of thousand dollars! Both versions of the kicks feature the Fragment logo embossing on the heel area. However, the kicks have a pretty tiny difference. The blue outsole completes the kicks’ good looks. They both have a white leather base with black and blue overlays. They looked very very similar to each other. So back in 2014, the Fragment Air Jordan 1 dropped in two versions. However, the color blocking is an uncanny match to the Black Toe! So if we all do the math, it’s a definite hit. The Air Jordan 1 Travis Scott features a white leather upper with Mocha suede overlays and black leather reversed Swooshes. So the Fragment Air Jordan 1 took modern collabs to a whole new level! We also love the colorway because it reminds us of the OG 1985 AJ1 Blue Royals. A one-of-a-kind design fit for a one-of-a-kind artist. The Jordan 1 silhouette cause the OG hype and Hiroshi Fujiwara is the “Godfather of Streetwear”. Why? Because it was a mix of trend-setting kicks. Be sure to measure to the longest point of the toes. Now, this is a pair everybody swooned over back in 2014! In November 2014, an eye-catching pair of kicks surfaced, and we immediately loved it. With a soft measuring tape or ruler, measure the heel-to-toe length.ģ. The design combines the OG black-toe color blocking with royal blue accents, one of the most prized Air Jordan 1 colorways ever produced.
